Hello again and thank you for making it this far into the website.
We all realize the many benefits of receiving massage and bodywork regularly but how do we fit it into our schedule and budget? Is the cost of health really worth the price of a session?
I don't think we can under estimate the value of good health. And often we don't appreciate good health until health has been compromised. Massage and bodywork have proven health benefits to reduce pain and anxiety and increase vital organ function.
There are several approaches to adding bodywork to your budget. You can find plenty of discounted services out there at schools and chains, using a coupon, etc. and this approach can work out really well for some. And sometimes, you get exactly what you paid for.
Coming for sessions with an experienced, interested, and educated practitioner can save you time and money in the long run. I started my "human body training" in 1984 and have not stopped since. My passion for the human experience coupled with maturity and compassion ensure the highest quality sessions. My space is clean and beautiful and my focus is completely on you.
Training:
My ideal client is very interested in their health and happiness. They recognize themselves as energetic beings and take steps to stay clear and aligned.
Clients can expect a thorough intake to fully explore their current situation and leading edge. We will utilize the momentum of that pivotal place to expand to the next levels of a happy, healthy life.
